All items are carefully packaged for fragile goods. Due to the handmade nature, some risk of damage during transit exists — see Returns/Replacement Policy.

5. Delivery & Receipt

Recipients should inspect the package upon delivery in the courier’s presence. Any damages or visible defects must be recorded on the delivery note and reported immediately.
