Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

• Customers may cancel an order up to 2 (two) calendar days before the scheduled shipment without charges.
• Cancellations within 2 days of shipment may incur partial or full charges depending on the production stage.

2. Cancellation Procedure

• Cancellation must be sent via email to (artemdeusgr@gmail.com) or by phone (+30 210 3246352). Include order number and reason.
• After confirmation, refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original payment method, provided production/shipment has not started.

3. Customized & Handmade Items
Orders made to specific customer specifications or personalized items may not be cancellable once production has begun. You will be notified immediately if this applies.
