By accessing and using the online store (www.artemdeus.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. They govern the relationship between users/customers and the company.

The store offers handmade painted marble pieces, icons, and Fayum portraits. As handmade items, minor variations in texture or color may occur, detailed on the individual product pages when significant.

3. Prices & VAT
All prices are in euros and may include or exclude VAT, as clearly indicated on the site. The company reserves the right to correct technical pricing errors.

4. Orders & Confirmation
Order acceptance is completed upon sending an order confirmation email. B2B customers must follow the VAT registration/approval process before accessing the B2B section.

5. Intellectual Property
Website content (text, images, designs) is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Liability
The company is not liable for indirect damages or losses unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for defective products is limited to replacement according to the Return/Replacement Policy.
