Return & Replacement Policy<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

1. General Rule<\/strong>
Due to the nature of the products (hand-painted marble, icons, Fayum portraits), refunds are not accepted<\/strong> for preference reasons. Replacements are only allowed<\/strong> if items are received broken or damaged<\/strong> during shipping.<\/p>

2. Reporting Damage<\/strong>
If an item arrives broken or damaged:<\/p>

1. Do not accept delivery without noting it, or contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> if already accepted.
2. Send an email to (artemdeusgr@gmail.com<\/strong>) with order number, photos of the item and packaging, delivery date, and brief description.
3. Keep the original packaging and materials until instructions are provided.<\/p>

3. Evaluation & Replacement<\/strong><\/p>

  • After reviewing your submission, if damage is confirmed, a replacement of the same or equivalent item will be provided at no additional cost.<\/li>
  • Replacement occurs within a reasonable timeframe (usually 14\u201330 business days<\/strong>) depending on availability and production.<\/li><\/ul>

    4. Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>

    • Returns or replacements are not accepted for change of mind, taste, or negligence in receipt (e.g., failure to check and report within 48 hours).<\/li>
    • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling will not be replaced.<\/li><\/ul>

      5. Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/p>
