1. Cancellation Rights<\/strong><\/p>

  • Customers may cancel an order up to 2 (two) calendar days before the scheduled shipment without charges.<\/li>
  • Cancellations within 2 days of shipment may incur partial or full charges depending on the production stage.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Cancellation Procedure<\/strong><\/p>

    • Cancellation must be sent via email to (artemdeusgr@gmail.com) or by phone (+30 210 3246352). Include order number and reason.<\/li>
    • After confirmation, refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original payment method, provided production\/shipment has not started.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Customized & Handmade Items<\/strong>
      Orders made to specific customer specifications or personalized items may not be cancellable once production has begun.
